Nutella Cupcakes

Its yummos but I think baked nutella isn’t my sort of thing. I find it too dry for my liking. But hey, some people love it. So here’s a good recipe.

Recipe adapted from Baking Bites

Makes 12
10 tablespoon (140 grams) Butter, softened
3/4 cup White Sugar
3 Eggs
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Essence
1 3/4 cups (200 grams) sifted all purpose Flour
1/4 teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoon Baking Powder
Nutella, approx. 1/3 cup

1. Heat oven to 165 (C)
2. Line 12 muffin tins with paper liners.
3. Cream together butter and sugar until light.
4. Add in eggs one at a time, until fully incorporated. Don’t worry if the batter doesn’t look smooth.
5. Add vanilla.
6. Stir in flour, salt and baking powder until batter is uniform and no flour remains.
7. Fill each muffin liner till about 3/4 full.
8. Top each 1 1/2 tsp Nutella.
9. Swirl Nutella in with a toothpick, making sure to fold a bit of batter up over the nutella.
10. Bake for 20 minutes.
